Debbie comes with more than 25 years of experience working as a registered nurse (RN) in the hospital setting including ICU, ER, home health or hospice, a district nurse for a large school district, and most recently as a certified case manager working primarily with workers comp.
Debbie’s goal as a certified nurse case manager in Salt Lake City (NCM) is to advocate for the employee’s medical needs through communication with all medical providers, to assist the injured employee in coordinating medical services needed, and to educate the employee on their role in the recovery process.
Debbie understands how important it is to communicate with all involved in the treatment plan including physicians, employees, carriers, and employers. She works to make certain all those involved in a case have up-to-date information on the status of the injured worker.
She loves being able to work with so many wonderful carriers and their claimants. Debbie enjoys assisting the employee navigate through their individual road to recovery.
When not working, she and her husband love to play in the beautiful mountains of Northern Utah while also being a mom of six and Grammie to nine—and counting.
