Our Professional Staff

CMM Certification
The Commission for Case Manager Certification (CCMC) is the first and largest organization that certifies case managers. The CCMC is positioned as the active and most prestigious certification supporting the case management industry. The CCM credential is the only cross-setting, cross-discipline case manager credential for health care and related fields that is accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA).
Registered Nurse (RN)
Graduated with a degree from the College of Nursing from Utah State University & Weber State University.
Continuing education and registration through online courses recognized by the Utah Division of Professional Licensing.
Debbie Larson, RN, CCM
Debbie comes with more than 25 years of experience working as a registered nurse (RN) in the hospital setting including ICU, ER, home health or hospice, a district nurse for a large school district, and most recently as a certified case manager working primarily with workers comp.
Debbie’s goal as a certified nurse case manager in Salt Lake City (NCM) is to advocate for the employee’s medical needs through communication with all medical providers, to assist the injured employee in coordinating medical services needed, and to educate the employee on their role in the recovery process.
Debbie understands how important it is to communicate with all involved in the treatment plan including physicians, employees, carriers, and employers. She works to make certain all those involved in a case have up-to-date information on the status of the injured worker.
She loves being able to work with so many wonderful carriers and their claimants. Debbie enjoys assisting the employee navigate through their individual road to recovery.
When not working, she and her husband love to play in the beautiful mountains of Northern Utah while also being a mom of six and Grammie to nine—and counting.
